Repose is a one-of-one wearable work constructed through the accumulation of color, texture, and woven form. Its sculptural body expands outward from a compact opening, creating an object that sits somewhere between vessel, accessory, and textile work.
The work's two transformative cuffs offer another way of experiencing it. They can be held, gathered, or repositioned according to need and mood, echoing the visual language of bracelets rather than functioning simply as conventional handles. The way the work is carried becomes part of its composition.
As with many KAMILLEON works, the object is open to participation. Its relationship to the body can shift with the wearer, allowing the same work to be experienced differently from one moment to the next.
